The Patient Portal is a secure, confidential and easy to use website that gives patients 24 hour access to their medical records. It uses the latest encryption technology to deliver secure communication between patients and providers. The Patient Portal is administered and maintained by Medfusion, Inc. (“MedFusion”) on behalf of East Tennessee Eye Surgeons.

Your security is important to us. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your name and email address will be treated with the same care and privacy given to your health records and will never be sold or leased by East Tennessee Eye Surgeons or MedFusion. We use techniques to encrypt, safeguard, and secure your personal information. No. The Patient Portal is provided as a courtesy to our patients and its use is optional. East Tennessee Eye Surgeons is focused on providing the highest level of service and health care.

You will be given a form to sign at check in if you would like to participate in the Patient Portal. An invitation email will be sent to you at the e-mail address you provided on your demographics form. This will supply a link to the Patient Portal login screen.

If you can’t remember your username and/or password, select “I forgot my user name and/or password.” from the Patient Portal login screen under the green sign in button.

From there you will be presented the option to enter your email or user name in order begin the process of recovering your user name or password.
